Good evening, I was told about your site yesterday, and signed in last night...its a good idea, thank you... I have done a bit of asking around re Dyanes thought to be in New Zealand, and will list below those known to be or are strongly rumoured to exist.... From the top to the bottom....of nth is.,. One rumoured to be in the very far North One in TOTARA NORTH....inactive One definetely in MATAKANA...it was recently rebuilt and is used to advertise jewellery One is MOUNT ALBERT..inactive My two, one active..one for parts One in WAIUKU own by the Lotus caragent in New Zealand. One in the WAIKATO, just finished being rebuilt..looks great.. One in NEW PLYMOUTH.. On rumoured to be in NAPIER...damaged Two in WELLINGTON.., one green called KERMIT, the other I haven't seen..... No info on the South Island the problem is mine is the only one that goes to NATIONAL RALLIES( front page photo taken at MOTUEKA, Peters DYANE is on the far left blue with bonnet up, see rectangular headlights..ed.) UPDATE This little beauty sold, oh I was so very tempted, to have a 2CV & a Dyane..hmmm however its gone to a great new home another 2cv lover good news! ..enjoy her Rob and keep us updated please... |
